This charming A/C beach studio is very close to Platja den Repic, the fine sandy beach in Port de Soller. The walk to the sand is less than 1 minute. The studio has a double bed (cot or a single bed can be provided), nice bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony with sea view and a terrace with umbrella and sunbeds.

Guest access
Note some cats in the property next door, where the owners of the guest house live. The cats can easily access the private terraces or the guest house. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people allergic to cats.

Other things to note
This is a self-catering property. We supply bed linen, bath towels, toilet paper upon arrival and other basic amenities. Guests are expected to purchase their own after using the property. For hygienic reasons, we do not leave leftover food in the accommodation.
