Just outside the popular holiday destination of Sóller in the heart of the island, the Casa Catalina holiday home offers a fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains. The accommodation has a cosy living room with beautiful ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 2 people. It also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a garden with a small terrace surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a covered rooftop terrace with a barbecue and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Spend some romantic hours under the starry sky and end the evening with a glass of wine. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 800 metres away and the centre of Sóller is a 13-minute walk away. The beach of Port de Sóller is a 10-minute drive away.

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Taxis can not reach the property as the road is narrow and steep. However, it is a short distance from the road to the house.
